Sometimes I do feel as though I have Narcolepsy (to a certain extinct). I'm not able to fall asleep at random times ,but I am able to sleep 12hours straight undisturbed (if allowed) and can still wake up exhausted in broad daylight. I wonder if there's a term for this?
ReplyDeleteI sometimes feel like I have insomnia because I barely get any sleep. Usually I only get 2 hours or so. Though at times I have 6 hours. Never do i hope the healthy 8 hours. Also thank you for the pictures they really helped me out and understand and visualize the sleep disorders better.
